Lovely Saturday hivers,
It's been always awesome all the time. Special thanks to all the management for putting this as we wrapped up the week.

Working in a company as a full time staff is the best for me if opportunity presents itself. We have different reasons that makes us act and behave in life. One man's food might be another man's poison says an African adage.

I will opt for full time with the following reasons;

* Based on the nomenclature of the kind of job, anything full simply means complete, whole, not partial, absolute etc. Full time job will give me the opportunity to give my all and in full for growth and development of the company.

* Another reason is that full time job will afford me the opportunity to fully participate in the organisational events. None of the organisational programmes shall be kept in obscurity for me because I'm a full time staff unlike a freelancer where certain events will be restricted.

* Full time job will enable me to receive the full welfare package in terms of salary and other allowances which a freelancer won't receive. I also believe that there are other packages like pension plan and insurance terms attached.

* Full time job is a good opportunity for me to develop my self worth which will boost my performance and productivity that would help give the company increase in profit. Full time job creates a premise in which I could work under pressure and stressed condition with both supervision and without supervision.

* Full time job will help me build capacity of becoming a boss on my own. Competence level is normally achieved when some one is involved in tedious activity. Most full time jobs doesn't make someone lazy and there is good dedication to duties.
