21 Day Diet Challenge - Day 12
Well. 

My belly is noticeably smaller now!

I had my normal routine today, smoothie, salad, fruit etc. Then I had my workout after work and that went good.

Here's what's on the menu tonight.

Coleslaw. 
Cabbage, carrots celery and apples

The dressing is olive oil, vinegar, honey, 1/2 jalapeno, tumeric, garlic and mustard.

With a side of delicious red beets, and for dessert, probably some strawberries???


Anyway, the diet is going good. And I'm feeling good, so that's great. 9 more days, until I can incorporate some meat and dairy back into the diet, I think I'll start reducing gluten compared to what we are used to!
