A heads up to new stackers
Hi all.

I regularly watch an auction site for bullion and sports cards. Ive been watching in horror as people are bidding up "german silver" bars all the way to real silver spot.

Don't be fooled by scammers, "german silver" does not mean silver from Deutschland. It is nickel. And an ounce Troy is woth about 50 cents.

Now, having said that I have seen a lot of honest sellers with "this is not silver read description" in their title. But currently there is a bid on one of these that I expect to cross silver spot.

The term is anything but new, in fact it goes back to the 19th century.

Take care!
