Building SHEN
Ancient TCM doctors believe the key to good health begins with a healthy heart spirit.  That is also known as your "Shen" (็ฅž) ๐Ÿ’—.   As the saying goes, "close your eyes to build your Shen".  

Simple Tips to keep your Shen in excellent shape:

โœ”๐Ÿ’ค REST!  Sleep is very important for your mind, body and soul. Being overtired damages Shen! 
โœ”โ˜ฎ Seek peace! Avoid drama and stressful situations.
โœ”๐Ÿ’š Appreciate nature!  Go outside and let the sun kiss your skin.
โœ”๐Ÿ™‡๐Ÿป Meditate!  Release any stress you might have stored in your body. 

AVOID:
โŒ๐Ÿ˜จ Overworking! This is too stressful. 
โŒโฒ An erratic schedule!  Keep everything in order!
