Some of the ideas expressed in this post come from the following article from Meghan Bartels of Newsweek. It was published on December 19, 2017.

The title of the article asserts:

The way I see it is that a major thing government accomplishes is it overcomes free rider problems and creates some level of public goods, although it can mismanage and maldistribute these goods. The utility used by government to provide generally poor goods. Government output is not usually made at the lowest cost possible but instead made subject to competing goals for corrupt politicians and their special interest constituencies that embrace the tyranny of the majority.

Everything government does could be done without the exercise of coercion and it seems it is possible that there may be an intersection in utilitarianism that protecting and valuing liberty at some point is required to maximize utility. It seems Rawls and John Stewart Mill may have acknowledge the need for liberty at somepoint in the pursuit of utility maximization.

How bleak it is that some people think that half a century from now, nearly as long as it takes to supposedly get all remaining presidential assassination files related to JFK. That in this span of time they still think they will need to put a gun to peter's head in the name of paul while enriching patrick.

I wonder. It seems government is evil? Government killed Jesus. Government killed Socrates. Government did Holocaust. Government did Trail of Tears. It seems like government enables more mass madness than the anarchists have ever??
