Hey everybody, talked about this "weasel word" misinformation outfit Policy Ed a while ago and looks like they still at it. Trying to make people think watching a minute thirty video with lots of vague claims that lead to even more nonsensical conclusions can form well constructed sheep to help pay for and support another pointless wars or seemingly never ending state expansion in this juggernaut of modernity.

So anyhuh, the video is cool and has some energetic ambiance music to have quite a performance of auditory and visual sensations to get you attention.

The video starts out talking about how cyber attacks are a new threat and that we all have some linked fate via national borders that command we utilize the coercive apparatus of the state in some manner to mold society in some direction.

The video then goes on to claim without evidence that the most technologically advanced countries are the most susceptible to sabotage of cyber infrastructure. The video goes on to assert that how "digitally connected they[nations] are" which one might wonder wouldnt increased network decentralization make attacks harder and harder?

The video than complains about how 85% of the US' "critical infrastructure," which is not defined at all, is privately owned and implies this is negative with no explanation.  It then asserts "[private market structure] makes coordinating defenses especially difficult" because without evidence for some reason utilizing the coercive gun of the state and the insectoid like claws of government intervention somehow makes it easier to coordinate "defenses." The actual state of nature is the more centralized a system is the less systems one needs to infilitrate. Centralizing a system makes it so an attacker need only coopt that system instead of many. The video then talks about the proportion of internet connected devices to human bodies and then some vague claims about the nature of cyber defenses. The video then says the time for action is now without proposing any course of action other than continuing to make scientistic videos that obscure reality.
