They trying to fight fire wit fire now yo. Apparently NDAA 17’ got’s a real surprise in it now expanding the state’s information propaganda apparatus that was deployed in the war on terror to now use it to fight foreign propaganda and disinformation.

This state propaganda might also be disseminated for further interference in the public sphere via NGOs and think tanks—which are a quasi type of NGO. There were tons of “weasel words” and fluff scientistic pseudo jargan.

GEC claims it conceptualizes it’s  structure as focused on 4 areas: 1.Science & Technology, 2. Interagency Engagement, 3. Partner Engagement, 4. Content Production.

The science and technology bureau focuses on increasing the audience and effectiveness of USG propaganda. It utilizes coercion for target audiences, and studies effectiveness in manipulating human opinion, percpection and emotions. The goal is maximum effectiveness in steering the public sphere by the state to counteract states sterring the public sphere--while somehow preserving a pretense (by state intervention in public sphere) of self determination, democratic government and voluntary non coercively underlined voluntary association--all undermined by "official" state propaganda.

Interagency engagement is a network of spooks and partners like Broadcasting Board of Governors to totally control the ideas that are thought and the ideas that are translated through the political process.

Partner engagement wing focuses on The GEC identifies people willing to be pawns to the US government, then helps them via training if not in many other ways while hurting those the government has identified as a threat.

Content production has infiltrated at least the following mediums:

And the propaganda is delivered in multiple languages as the levithan reconstructs a tower of Babel as a testament to rampant authoritarianism and arbitrary state power. Only stuff about countering terrorists is discussed in this section but we might wonder how it’s being twisted and turned now with the NDAA 2017. GEC’s Acting Coordinator is Daniel Kimmage.
