How do astronaut eat in space?

To avoid  this problem,  the foods and beverages packaged as dehydrated powders.
Not only that but also   to prevent them from spoiling.

they are exposed to radiation before they are put onboard to give them a longer shelf life.
Most of astronauts eat 3 meals a day,they  have  galley area  where they eat like a kitchen here, for some freezing foods they add some water.
They heat foods in an air convection oven that's kept between 150 and 175 degrees Fahrenheit. It takes about 30 minutes to rehydrate and heat an average meal.
Befor they travled in space, thoese gladiators are well trained on thoese difficults and for some other too.
We could give thanks to science that helped the  human to discover better our world.
