&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; ¿Una oportunidad para redactar la guía definitiva? Me pregunté al leer la nueva [iniciativa](https://peakd.com/hive-189306/@rutablockchain/challenge-top-tips-for-getting-started-in-hive-eng-esp-iniciativa-mejores-consejos-para-iniciar-en-hive) de los chicos de @rutablockchain. "Quizás" me respondí. ¿Se puede abarcar todo HIVE en una sola publicación? Fue la siguiente pregunta que me hice. Imposible. Reparé mucho mejor en lo que significaba el pedimento y llegué una conclusión lógica: solo se nos pide guiar de un modo más compacto y que reduzca el GAP de aprendizaje en nuestra amada plataforma.

Can all of HIVE be covered in one post? That was the next question I asked myself. Impossible. I took a much closer look at what the request meant and came to a logical conclusion: we are only asked to guide in a more compact way and reduce the learning GAP on our beloved platform.*

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Pero ¿Cómo hacerlo sin que nuestra publicación se pierda en un mar de sugerencias del tipo "pendiente con el formato de tu post"? Y lo que leerán a continuación es un compendio de sugerencias que se basan en nuestra propia experiencia, nos han dado resultado y no leerán en la mayoría de las publicaciones de ésta iniciativa, porque el enfoque está colocado desde una perspectiva holística y divertida. Quizás use palabras que choque en algunos, pero con la convicción de una narración sincera y desmaquillada de la realidad para tener el éxito anhelado dentro de nuestra plataforma. Ahí les va:

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Sí, madurar no solo le servirá para el resto del camino en su vida, en #Hive le será vital evitar comportamiento de chico(a) consentido(a). HIVE es una plataforma de la Web 3.0 que se diferencia demasiado de las redes sociales tradicionales. Jamás volverá usted a ver una red social del mismo modo como las ha estado concibiendo. Y es que aquí, en nuestra casa, tanto como si usted tiene rabietas a montón, como si usted es salamero...nada de eso le servirá para crecer. Aborde nuestra casa con sentido autocrítico. Usted será su mejor amigo. Nadie va a venir hacer las cosas por usted. Por ello es vital dar un paso hacia delante en el aspecto emocional, lo que le hará ver como una persona que tiene bases sólidas, pero más que eso, le ayudará a sortear el tren emocional que significa el tránsito dentro de #Hive.

HIVE is a Web 3.0 platform that is very different from traditional social networks. You will never again see a social network in the same way as you have been conceiving them. And here, in our house, whether you have a lot of tantrums or you are a salty person... none of that will help you grow up. Approach our house with a sense of self-criticism. You will be your best friend. No one is going to come do things for you. That's why it's vital to step up emotionally, which will make you look like a person who has solid foundations, but more than that, it will help you navigate the emotional train that is the transit within #Hive.*

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Las relaciones son claves acá. Y es un lugar en el que usted tendrá acceso a los líderes como en ningún otro lado del espectro humano. Madurar le ayudará cimentar las interacciones con quienes son responsables de ayudarle a crecer. A usted le molestan los mentecatos ¿verdad? Bueno a muchos aquí, también. Las quejas, guardelas. No le ayudarán. Concentre esa energía en crear interacciones orgánicas y sinceras. Cuando me preguntan por la palabra "orgánicas" siempre respondo: "Son aquellas interacciones que generan emoción en la contraparte. Si ésta le responde con pasión, usted ha logrado una interacción que suma"       

> *Relationships are key here. And it's a place where you'll have access to leaders like nowhere else on the human spectrum. Growing up will help you cement interactions with those who are responsible for helping you grow. You're annoyed by the simpletons, aren't you? Well, so do many here. The complaints, put them away. They won't help you. Focus that energy on creating organic and sincere interactions. When I'm asked about the word "organic" I always answer: "Organic interactions are those that generate emotion in the counterpart. If they respond to you with passion, you have achieved an interaction that adds up".*

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Recuerde algo, nuestra casa es una red en la cual usted puede generar recompensas. Hay dinero de por medio. Podría decirse que es como un trabajo. Si usted trabajara en una oficina, estoy seguro que jamás haría una rabieta en público. De mismo modo, jamás se le ocurriría abordar a sus compañeros o líderes con halagos falsos. Mientras más estoico y sincero sea usted en sus relaciones con otros, tanto más obtendrá resultados que van más allá de las recompensas. No lo olvide: Madure.         

> *Remember something, our house is a network in which you can generate rewards. There is money involved. You could say it's like a job. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Como speaker en un evento de HIVE realizado el sábado pasado solté una frase conocida: "El éxito es 3% de creatividad y 97% de transpiración" Incluso uno de los líderes de comunidad presente me dijo "Fermiónico, le has puesto un mundo a @fulldeportes" ¿Cómo creen ustedes que pude recolectar un comentario de ese tipo? Ajá, sudando. En las redes tradicionales usted trabaja duro si desea darse a conocer, pero si no conecta, no gana. En #Hive es igual, pero con una diferencia. El trabajo duro da réditos. Mucho más de los que usted imagina puede obtener. Y es acá donde muchos fallan.          
 
> *As a speaker at an HIVE event held last Saturday I blurted out a familiar phrase: "Success is 3% creativity and 97% perspiration" Even one of the community leaders present said to me "Fermionico, you've put a lot work on @fulldeportes" How do you think I was able to collect such a comment? Uh-huh, by sweating. In traditional networks you work hard if you want to get noticed, but if you don't connect, you don't win. In #Hive it's the same, but with a difference. Hard work pays off. Much more than you can imagine. And this is where many fail.*

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Usted tiene que ver a HIVE como una plataforma donde un principio funciona como que el sol se levante todos los días en el horizonte: sus ingresos serán proporcionales al tiempo y trabajo que le dedique a nuestra casa. Y es muy sencillo de explicar: en una sociedad pueden haber partes iguales de acciones entre socios, pero aquellos que hacen el trabajo más duro y de mejor valor agregado, ganan siempre un ingreso mucho mejor. Y es que en términos de sociedad, todo *hiver* es propietario de una parte de la plataforma. Esas "acciones" son su HP. Y las recompensas por sus contribuciones son el valor agregado.

Y no se aprende eso de un día para otro. Es un proceso. Y ese proceso requiere inversión de tiempo. Pregunte a quienes tienen años trabajando en HIVE y son exitosos. Compare las primeras publicaciones de esas personas destacadas con las que hacen actualmente y se dará cuenta de lo que hablo. Sudor, mucho sudor.

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Siempre lo hemos martillado: "El dinero es una consecuencia, jamás un fin" Cuando comenzamos este camino fue lo primero que tuve claro. Por ello, nunca nos cansamos de intentar de nuevo siempre. Primero porque no había encontrado un lugar donde recompensaran con justicia mis escritos y segundo, porque sabía que la inversión de tiempo supliría la falta de inversión en dinero fiduciario. En efecto, nuestra plataforma es un sitio financiero. Su economía está sustentada en dos principios: la confianza en la moneda, además del proyecto y la ley de oferta-demanda. Era obvio, para mí en aquel tiempo, que si no colocaba dinero como inversión, tendría que invertir lo más valioso: tiempo.

Además, recuerde algo: tanto o más es su HP *(Hive Power)* tanto o más será su influencia y valor del voto dentro de la plataforma. Recuerde esto cuando vea votos pequeños en sus publicaciones. No es lo mismo que le voten 100 personas a razón de 0.150 HTU que las mismas 100 almas a razón de 0.001. Entonces su meta más inmediata debe ser convertirse en delfín (acumular +5500 HP). Verá como cambian las cosas a partir de allí.

Jamás puedo saber cuánto sabe usted sobre los tokens no fungibles (NFT), pero la infografía que precede le habla solamente de una parte de lo que es HIVE Blockchain. Esta es la sección del ecosistema que brinda oportunidades para compra, venta y exhibición de la economía NFT. Faltaría enumerar: las interfaces, las aplicaciones descentralizadas, los exchanges de tokens, las comunidades, los juegos y un sin fin de vericuetos para conocer, sobre las posibilidades que brinda la plataforma.

Recuerdo, en una oportunidad, me dijo uno de mis mentores: "Los negocios se hacen sin dinero" Y no entendía tal frase porque no me habían formado para entender esto. Con nadie lo hacen. Y así tiene usted que ver nuestra plataforma. No como un sitio de blogging. HIVE no es eso. Nuestra casa es un lugar abierto para negociar productos y servicios con otras personas que también generan dinero acá.

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;¿Puede usted abarcar todo HIVE? No. Porque la blockchain tiene diferentes posibilidades para diferentes gustos. Y eso es lo que la hace valiosa. Un ejemplo de ello fue mi etapa de jugador. Un sobre inicial de $10 de valor, lo convertimos en $700 al cabo de año un año y medio ¡70 veces la inversión inicial! Esto nos permitió crecer nuestro HP. Esa etapa la dejamos atrás y nos dedicamos a regentar una comunidad deportiva. Y no sé lo que me depara el futuro. Tengo varias ideas en mente. Y lo mejor de ello: HIVE facilitará echarlas andar. No tengo ninguna duda de ello.
