# Saludos amigos de Hive! 

A pocos días de que termine esta iniciativa decidí participar, no me quería quedar fuera de esta linda dinámica de #LovingHive. Honestamente no sé si ya haya comentado esta parte de mi historia con Hive en otra oportunidad, no lo recuerdo. Pero, de lo que estoy seguro es que hoy contaré mis pasos previos a Hive de una manera abierta, porque, Hive ha cambiado mi vida enormemente y me gustaría que mis palabras sean un testimonio para cientos de personas, de modo que responderé a las preguntas propuestas en la iniciativa, quizas no en el orden sugerido pero si abodaré cada item.

Mi vida antes de Hive era algo común y corriente,  tenía un trabajo un tanto freelancer, dirigiendo sesiones de yoga de la risa, en empresas, oficinas, fundaciones y entre otros. Debo decir que me encontraba buscando una plataforma para ganar dinero extra desde casa, pero nada de nada, mi esposa que llegó a Hive desde la antigua cadena, algo me habia comentado de la vieja cadena, pero como eso no prometía nada, ni siquiera hice un esfuerzo de indagar. 

Llegó la pandemía y las restrigciones sociales a causa de las medidas de bioseguridad imposibilitaron que puediera seguir con mi actividad laboral, y en pocas palabras quedé sin empleo. Gracias a Dios, que mi esposa trabajaba con una academía online para ese entonces y pudimos sobrevivir con lo que ella generaba durante ese primer mes de pandemía que en realidad fue algo muy muy largo, o así lo sentímos acá en casa. Pero, milagrosamente a mediados de ese mes, unos amigos de mi esposa.

Casualmente los chicos de @rutablockchain le comentan que ha nacido una nueva blockchain, y que los que tenían cuenta en la antigua cadena ya poseian una cuenta en HIVE, recuerdo que mi esposa (@zullyscott) me contó enseguida y yo, en verdad no entendía mucho. 

Lo que recuerdo, que entendí asì tras una rápida explicación fue que Hive era una plataforma tipo red social donde podia monetizar el contenido que fuese, y eso en verdad me asombró, porque siempre me ha gustado escribir poemas, reflexiones, ensayo y pensé: 

### "Sería genial ganar dinero haciendo lo que me gusta"

Pensar que era una posibilidad abierta ganar dinero escribiendo me parecía una locura, pero estupendo, jamás se me había presentado una oportunidad como esa. Recuerdo que mi esposa buscó sus antiguas claves, e ingresó. Yo no poseía nada de eso, así que le pregunté como abrir una cuenta, ella me dijo que no debíaser algo difícil. Ingrese en la pagina oficial y en cuesión de minutos ya tenía mi cuenta. 

Lo que no sabía es que los chicos de @rutablockchain iniciarian un programa de adopción de nuevos usuarios apoyados por @bluemist, de saberlo me hubiese esperado un par de días más sin ningun problema, pero, y tenía mi cuenta, ¿Cúal era el siguiente paso? le pregunte a mi esposa, y ella me dijo, escribe una presentasión. Ese mismo día me puse manos a la obra, comencé a escribir sobre mí.

Acá les dejo mi presentación, honestamente no la había visto en mucho tiempo, reconozco que es buen idea de vez en cuando mirar lo que uno ha hecho en otros tiempos. Ahora bien, si me preguntan por la motivación debo decir que la motivación ha sido algo cambiante, jamás ha sido algo estatico. Pero, la motivación inicial al llegar a Hive, fue el dinero, estaba sin ningun tipo de ingreso y necesitaba aportar en casa y a mi familia. En resumen, la primera motivación fue no morir de hambre, jajajajaja. 

Hoy en día mis motivaciones de continuar en Hive son otras, sigue siendo un aspecto importante el dinero, pero no es el principal. Creo que al llegar a Hive tenia medianamente claro lo que iba hacer, sabía que iba a escribir lo que no me habia proyectado era qué era lo que iba a escribir, si miras mis primeros meses en la plataforma encontraras una ensalada de contenido. 

Y por mucho tiempo ha sido así, porque como les comenté mi motivación fue el dinero, haciendo un poco más compleja mi relación con Hive, porque al tener esa motivacioón habian momentos que Hive me parecia algo complicado y dificil, hoy en día no lo veo así, de hecho, escribir 1000  palabras lo puedo hacer en cuestión de minutos. Mis motivaciones y enfoque han cambiado, y creo que es buena idea hacer una especie de post esbozando mis motivaciones actuales y como es mi relacion con Hive en este momento. 

Siento que cada día ha sido un gran aprendizaje, y mi recomendación para quien inicia en Hive es llegar con la mejor de las disposiciones porque aprenderas algo nuevo cada día.

No sé porque llegaste a Hive, pero sea cual sea la razón, Hive te hara cambiar de opinión, claro para bien, creo que si haces las cosas bien desde el principio Hive es un lugar para crecer, y si tu motivación es el dinero, lo entiendo, yo pasé por eso, pero mi recomendación es que cambies de motivación, el dinero llegará por atracción. Es decir, me explico, hoy mi motivación principal en Hive es desarrollar mis competencias profecionales y brindarle a la blockchain un espacio donde filosofar, llevar la filosofía a la web 3.0 con el proposito de ayudar a otras personas en sus diferentes contextos con la filosofía. 

Mi meta es dar lo mejor de mì en la elaboración de un proyecto filosofico que pueda ayudar a otros con mis herramientas de filosofía. El dinero llegará en la medida que yo haga un buen trabajo. Eso es algo que ya esta encaminado. 

Pero, si estas leyendo esto y no estas en Hive todavía, ¿Qué esperás? Hive es un mundo de posibilidades incontables. No solo puedes generar recompensas, sino que puedes crecer como profesional y como persona. Hive es una empresa, es tú empresa.

# Greetings friends of Hive! 

A few days before the end of this initiative I decided to participate, I didn't want to be left out of this nice dynamic of #LovingHive. Honestly I don't know if I have already commented this part of my story with Hive in another opportunity, I don't remember. But, what I am sure of is that today I will tell my previous steps to Hive in an open way, because, Hive has changed my life enormously and I would like my words to be a testimony for hundreds of people, so I will answer the questions proposed in the initiative, maybe not in the suggested order but I will cover each item.

My life before Hive was somewhat ordinary, I had a somewhat freelance job, leading laughter yoga sessions, in companies, offices, foundations and among others. I must say that I was looking for a platform to earn extra money from home, but nothing at all, my wife who came to Hive from the old chain, had told me something about the old chain, but as it did not promise anything, I did not even make an effort to investigate. 

The pandemic arrived and the social restrictions due to the biosecurity measures made it impossible for me to continue my work, and in short, I was unemployed. Thank God, my wife was working with an online academy at the time and we were able to survive on what she generated during that first month of the pandemic, which was actually very, very long, or so it felt here at home. But, miraculously in the middle of that month, some friends of my wife.

Coincidentally the guys from @rutablockchain told her that a new blockchain was born, and that those who had an account in the old chain already had an account in HIVE, I remember that my wife (@zullyscott) told me right away and I really didn't understand much. 

What I remember, that I understood so after a quick explanation was that Hive was a social network type platform where I could monetize any content, and that really amazed me, because I have always liked to write poems, reflections, essay and I thought: 

### "It would be great to make money doing what I love."

To think that it was an open possibility to earn money writing seemed crazy to me, but great, I had never been presented with an opportunity like that. I remember my wife looked up her old passwords, and logged in. I didn't have any of those, so I asked her how to open an account, she told me it shouldn't be difficult. I went to the official website and in a matter of minutes I had my account.

What I didn't know is that the guys from @rutablockchain would start a new user adoption program supported by @bluemist, if I knew that I would have waited a couple of days more without any problem, but, and I had my account, what was the next step? I asked my wife, and she told me, write an introduction. That same day I got down to work, I started writing about myself.

Now, if you ask me about motivation I must say that motivation has been something changing, it has never been something static. But, the initial motivation when I arrived at Hive, was money, I was without any kind of income and I needed to contribute at home and to my family. In short, the first motivation was not to starve, hahahahaha. 

Today my motivations to continue in Hive are different, money is still an important aspect, but it is not the main one. I think that when I arrived at Hive I had a fairly clear idea of what I was going to do, I knew I was going to write, what I had not projected was what I was going to write, if you look at my first months on the platform you will find a salad of content.

And for a long time it has been like that, because as I told you my motivation was the money, making my relationship with Hive a little more complex, because having that motivation there were times that Hive seemed to me something complicated and difficult, today I do not see it that way, in fact, I can write 1000 words in a matter of minutes. My motivations and focus have changed, and I think it is a good idea to make a kind of post outlining my current motivations and how is my relationship with Hive at this moment. 

I feel that every day has been a great learning experience, and my recommendation for those who start in Hive is to arrive with the best of dispositions because you will learn something new every day. 

I don't know why you came to Hive, but whatever the reason is, Hive will make you change your mind, of course for the better, I believe that if you do things right from the beginning Hive is a place to grow, and if your motivation is money, I understand, I went through that, but my recommendation is that you change your motivation, the money will come by attraction. I mean, I explain myself, today my main motivation in Hive is to develop my professional competences and give the blockchain a space where to philosophize, to bring philosophy to the web 3.0 with the purpose of helping other people in their different contexts with philosophy. 

My goal is to give my best in the elaboration of a philosophical project that can help others with my philosophy tools. The money will come as long as I do a good job. That is something that is already underway. 

But, if you are reading this and you are not on Hive yet, what are you waiting for? Hive is a world of endless possibilities. Not only can you generate rewards, but you can grow as a professional and as a person. Hive is a company, it's your company.
