My Splinterlands Game account is - FinPulse9

In splinterlands game there is a lot to explore and for the first time I am checking out the guild store. I have been playing the brawl which is another part of the game for quite some time. When I started playing this game that time I was invited to join a guild which I did but that time I had no information that how I can start playing. Thanks to @silentriot who invited me to join the guild and then I figured out how the brawl part works in the game. Earlier I was playing in the modern format so it was easy for me to participate in each brawl season but later because of the changes that happened in the game so I could not cope up with it. The major change that has happened with the Chaos Legion edition cards moving out of modern. Now I am trying to get back into the game through the brawl using the old edition cards that are playable in white format. 

I know that rewards are distributed in form of merits and SPS but I never checked out how I can use those merits in the game. Since last few days I am trying to spend more time on the use case for the merit and I figured out that I can use these in the killed store and can buy different assets. I also checked out that I have over 62K merit sitting idle in my account and it is good if I can use these tokens for some assets which can be good addition to my gaming journey.

I will be buying Gladius case packs today. The cost of one pack is 2000 merit so with my current balance which is 62K, I can buy thirty one packs. It means that with each pack I can get 5 cards so altogether I will have 155 cards from this edition which is called Gladius. I have never done it before so I hope this buying process is going to be easy and not complicated which I am going to explain below.

I have entered the quantity I want to buy. It has calculated the amount which is payable and a button is activated also where it is saying that pay with merits. After clicking the button there is another confirmation pop up dialogue which I also confirmed and the process for buying was started.

The purchase has been completed successfully and it is showing that I have got 31 packs and the balance of merit is also deducted so I am left with just 502 merits.

Now I need to open all these packs to see what cards I have received. I saw that there is an option to open all the packs in one go which I think is convenient so I have done it and I hope everything goes well because this is the first time I am opening the pack I do not have experience of opening multiple packs in one go. I believe that the process will open all the packs in single short and will be showing all these cards altogether on the window.

Everything went well and I got so many cards on the screen where I need to click on the flip all button to unveil those cards and see what I have received out of all those gladius packs. Its really a fun activity because I can see all those packs getting revealed and showing that what are the cards I have received whereas some cards are in the gold edition and some are legendary which is also written below the card.

I am also sharing these snapshot for all the cards I have received and every card has got the number of quantity which is received out of the packs. I will see if I need to combine because I believe combining them will be good when I have a good number of cards and because this has gone pretty well and I did not face any problem in the process so I will continue to do it as and when it is possible for me. I think these cars are not tradable in the market because that's a different addition but I need to see how I can utilise these cards for my gameplay and what action should be required from my end.

There is a lot for me to learn and explore and that is why I always say that this game is so big that any player has to spend a lot of time to learn and excel it. Even after a few months spending on these gaming platform there is a lot which I don't even know and that's what thinks the excitement because I always feel like there is something new always available for me. Even though I play the ranked battle but I can't call myself a pro there because there is a lot which is new that I come across while playing the game.

So that is all for the day and I will see how I can improve my experience in the brawl however I will make sure that I do not miss any season because the reward I get will surely help me improve my gameplay and any reward is always good in the game.
