In Just these last few months,  We have seen a tornado in Canton, hailstorms near the Oklahoma border and Hurricane Harvey Take its time over Houston once it made landfall. Even central Texas, the high pressure hub, saw more rain than normal this summer, this is strange even for Texas, perhaps due to subtle tweaks.
