proof that Steemit's stake was restricted
There is an immediate need to find evidence that Steemit made the promises that the witnesses have claimed. It will likely require a lot of digging through audio, video, and usernames. Dan Larimer was a cofounder of Steemit, and goes by the handle bytemaster. https://github.com/bytemaster . See also https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php?topic=22125.0 where he posts and links to his github. There is also a bitcointalkhandle of bytemaster early into the Steem blockchain.

And the site is now archived off the steem chain. had to powerup what I had the other day.

Supposing the bytemaster is in fact Dan Larimer, and I see no reason to think otherwise,
It is now clearly established in writing that the community witnesses had a right to restrict voting rights to the Steem inc stake to enforce the previously agreed neutrality of the stake from someone adamant about doing a coin swap and bringing the chain to Tron...who ultimately engaged in a hostile takeover, and who is now using that same stake to hold the chain hostage.

Justin Sun, Let the Steem Chain Go.
