Their is always time for everything in life and definitely I think it is the right time we have a review on some of the rules here on hive system, especially the proofofbrain community.

Might be new to th system as I do say,but of all I sincerely think that their should be some review to how things are been operated here in the proofofbrain community.

Even though I don't think I stand a chance to say this,but of all I think being a member of the community I can speak up too, just to show my concern as regards what goes on in the community.


Saw a content posted by @centtoken where he talked about the cent community putting an end to downvote in the community,which to me I want to believe that it is a very good development too.

No most of them are not always guilty, negligence and lack of proper understanding and knowledge at times lead to many getting involved in things that eventually got them downvoted.

More educative content should come in place when it comes to thing that could lead to a user being downvoted, according to him he said users will rather get warned if found guilty of such act and content will be done as regards that.

But for me I sincerely think instead of users getting downvoted which might affect their reputation or even decrease their level of engagement in the community, I think such user should be tag in a content which will include the list of users who has engaged in any form of act that the community those not accept.

The proofofbrain community should have a review of the downvoting techinques too as this will help users to improve that much and also  it  will put an end to users who tend to use it as an avenue to oppress the less privileged cause of thier downvote power is high.


More educative content should be given out maybe on weekly basis to help send more awareness out and to put an end to act that can lead to a user being downvoted.

Listed below are two main things that I know can lead to a user's being downvoted.

>Plagiarism

To my little understanding about this,it is an act whereby another person work is copied without giving credit to such person or an act of taking another man's work in expect of a reward.

The most important thing here is that their should be no reason why anyone will copy another person work and be expecting rewards on it,this are act that leads to downvote in the community.

More should be done in this aspect to make each user both old and new get more understanding about the act of plagiarism and even everything that needs to do with it too.

>Abusive Act Towards Another User


Respect is reciprocal is what they say life is all about, which means each user's are expected to address each other in a more polite way.

The community to me didn't support any form of abuse towards one another irrespective of how high you are in the community.

Even content that comes in form of abuse to another user or the community can also lead to a user been downvoted too.

This are what I strongly think that the community should do more on as regards enlighten user's on the importance of knowing all this and the damage it might cause to thier activities here on proofofbrain community rather than been downvoted.
