When among trees, it is almost mandatory to put yourself in a tree pose 🌲
Summer is in full force now in the Mediterrenean, I feel like I have been waiting for this for such a long time. Today was 28C. Days are so long, the trees have a beautiful shade of green and look so complete, the birds are constantly chirping, people look less stressed in general; I feel so happy just walking down any street with no purpose, my shoulders have finally relaxed down the back and away from the ears. I feel light (literally) and so effortlessly content. This is my second year living in seasons and although I appreciate their beauty, I operate best and I know I can be a more positive human being while living in an eternal summer climate. What about you? Do you love summer as much as I do?
