<b>Yesterday morning was a pain in the ass. I have the ethernet cable run to the studio now and wanted to try and get our old Asus router working so I could use it up there. I had it working a week ago or so but then it stopped and I tossed it aside. I went digging around and found the firmware updater which I tried numerous times unsuccessfully. I tried near 10 times to get the firmware to load but it failed every time. It was rather frustrating given it had been working.  So with the old router bricked I had to go find a new one and ended up with the Tp-link which will act as an access point. A macro focusing rail for my Nikon so I can get the best macro shots possible. I ended up stopping because it was rather onerous to fiddle with the lens focusing and get consistent depth spacing between shots. It has been since we got our new router for Centurylink in June that the ip address changed and I never went in and dealt with it. Finally I took the time to get it all back going again and my laptop is working still to backup just one of the 2 drives. I've been busy since June it seems. So then at noon Man Utd played Bayern and in a miracle they managed to keep the match close. They still lost though, like I had figured, and now are not in the champions or europa leagues. During the match Mcguire and Shaw went out injured so now the team has ALL of their best players on the injured list. They are essentially playing with the junior squad against top tier teams....  I got the boys from school and R spent some time outside rolling a huge snowball up and down the hill to their digging hole. He came in the house soaked to the bone but pretty stoked and pleased with himself. About 4pm I put on a hockey game to watch while I got to making a batch of tortillas. I'd been meaning to make a batch but just didn't get to it until yesterday afternoon. I made these with 1 cup of pea protein to 5 cups of flour. I add in coconut cream powder and honey to the basic recipe then separate the dough.  The balls of dough get squished in the press between 2 pieces of butcher paper. I have enough room for 3 at a time on the grill.   The whole family adores these when they are fresh and warm still. They are great later but the best fresh.  Nicely we had a bunch of leftovers for dinner. We watched the Doctor Who behind the scenes episode then the newest Rick and Morty before going out to soak. The Kraken played but I had no desire to watch them lose. Miracle of miracles, I see now they won at home against Florida 4-0 and ended the 8 game losing streak.
