Receiving something for free sounds good, I agree with you that this is something everyone wishes for. "Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world".

There are different stages of education I know, which are Nursery/primary, secondary and Higher education.

Higher education is the third level of education after you leave
secondary school. It takes place at universities and Further Education colleges and normally includes undergraduate and postgraduate study.

In my country Nigeria I have not heard of or seen any university with free tuition fees. Although there is a non-governmental organization(NGO) that gives scholarships to a student with merit and also bursary (grant) given to a student from a particular region. for example, Niger Delta Indigenes receive bursaries.

Many years ago, during my university days, we were given bursaries (grants) as indigenes of Delta state by birth. it wasn`t our school fees but it could serve as a partial payment of some fees in school. it wasn't also paid for every session but we were privileged to collect the grant from the government.

There are states in my country that pled with their student to go to school. From the east, west, North and south, people in the north do not love to go to school the teachers go to their homes to plead with them to come to school. during my ***NYSC( NATIONAL YOUTH SERVERS CORPS)*** days, a one-year mandatory service for Nigerian graduates after their university education, most of my friends posted to the Northern region told us about their experience with student negligence to be in school.

**THE POSSIBILITY OF FREE EDUCATION**
Free education is education funded through government spending or charitable organizations. Nothing good comes easy and cheap in as much as it has a positive and negative effect on the people, the positive effect is more in the lives of its citizens.
When people become educated, it allows them to develop different perspectives and would not only see an improvement in their life but in society as a whole. Studying at universities is an expensive investment and not everyone can afford it but preference would be given to qualified candidates, who cannot afford the tuition fees, to have access to free higher education.

**WHAT DO YOU THINK WILL BE THE EFFECT OF MAKING EDUCATION FREE FOR ALL**
Higher education is important for all and if education is free in society, it would bring personal development, and promote the economy, technology and social change.

***Personal Development***
This involves assessing your life goals, and values, building your skills and enriching your potential. also, it affects your maturity and success in life.

***Promotes economy***
Educated people solve problems better this means that higher education is better and would enable educated people in society to solve their problems better and faster. it reduces unemployment too.

***Technology and social changes***
This would bring more inventions to develop society.
From cars with petrol to cars with solar energy. from sending postal letters to sending SMS(SHORT MESSAGE SERVICES) Via Mobile phone.

**STANDARD OF TEACHING**
Free higher education would bring increase the population of students. population increase can affect learning but when the system is regulated and managed well, it would be a good one for the student.
The universities would increase their staff straight. thereby creating more job opportunities for lecturers.

**CONCLUSION**
Free higher education would bring a positive change to the people and society. it would also create more job opportunities for lecturers. Am in support of free education.
