*I have been working for two weeks on a job which is to paint the facilities of a multipurpose sports court and all this under the budget and salary of a Venezuelan public entity.* 

Yesterday after finishing the day's work we set out to disassemble the structural tubes of the platform on which we were painting in the heights this is called scaffolding and due to the time to finish the job there was not enough staff to move the structure so we decided to do it ourselves however after a long day of hard work we were very exhausted and I personally while performing this activity I had a problem due to a severe back pain that I have presented. 

My priority in this blockchain platform has been to bring art culture sport and by this I mean graffiti skateboarding and a little rap music however I know that this is a great space in which we can be participants of different communities and contests but at the same time we can express ourselves freely of things that happen to us in our day to day and if you wonder what I mean by this is that it is a little uncomfortable to feel that lately everything has been a whirlwind and a storm of both emotions and situations that do not favor me between the daily struggle as any Venezuelan to get a livelihood took a struggle of emotions and situations that do not favor me. And I know that the best way to show this or to want to inspire others is to show your quality of life and personal but all this has been in a steep decline where reality is not shown with an improvement and although I want to base and reinforce that thought that after the storm comes clarity I do not see it I do not feel it and every time it seems to me that this calm after the storm is nonexistent and that after the storm only chaos remains.

It is somewhat illogical to continue with these self-destructive thoughts but I can not ignore my reality and that is why I free myself a little of it by sharing it with the friends I have found in the blockchain not everything is about asking for a little help not everything is about temporarily solving a problem that if not attacked correctly will continue to make a permanent problem and the main problem continues to be this economic instability.

Yesterday I went to the public medical center in town and after a check up I have been diagnosed with a muscular atrophy in the lower back and this was caused by some bad movement and by the excess of strength when carrying a lot of weight as you know I am a thin man and I do not have big muscles so the heavy work is a little difficult for me. However, my warrior attitude and perseverance that characterizes me does not make me stop for this type of situation, so yesterday we made a great effort to disassemble the aforementioned weights, however the consequences have been presented immediately with this unbearable pain that I have.

I have been prescribed a treatment with intermuscular injections and these correspond to medicine for pain and inflammation and a vitamin complex that I must apply strictly and here is the problem here is the dilemma because our salary barely covers the basic expenses of a food basket so there is no chance for extra things like medicine and still missing exactly a week to receive some money for this job as I explained in my old publication of how much is the basic and minimum salary that we have as Venezuelans. But we know that the numbers do not lie, we know that the situation of the country is bad and it is not only the fault of the president, there are multiple factors that have made one of the most beautiful countries in the world also one of those with a high rate of unemployment, social problems and diseases in a country where the public medical services do not have good facilities and much less with a good service.
