Weekend Experiences & self-confidence

***When they say self-confidence there are so many things that come to my mind and one of them is the little confidence I have had in myself during my whole life.***

Since I was a child raised by a single mother in a country of scarce resources and excessive violence I have always heard this phrase "trust in yourself you can" and it sounds very nice even nicer would be to believe it because over the years the least I have achieved is a self-confidence I am 30 years old and practically do not trust me in absolutely no way.

> This post is not to talk about me and neither to inquire into my personal life but believe me that this word of self-confidence is something that resonates within me because it is something I have not been able to cultivate criticized by my lifestyle criticized by my thoughts away from my family and loved ones also. separated from the street and its violence I am currently in a neutral point of extreme loneliness where I find no direction in my life both the monetary crises the decline of values and the increase of violence are things that make me think that life itself is simply not worth it or at least not here.

I always dreamed of being an artist and not only to paint or to transmit music and feelings I did not always want to be an artist because we know that artists are dedicated and passionate people and most of the people who are good artists know how to live because the most difficult art to learn is to know how to coexist with the world around you to contribute a grain of sand and try to be better every day But all the circumstances that I have gone through in my life have created a bottomless pit of distrust.

However since I met this blockchain platform and started to share some of my talents or let's say some of my passions such as drawing, singing and sports I could understand that I have always been in the wrong place since in Venezuela generally the culture that I have been so passionate about since childhood has been very scarce and there you can imagine how scarce it is in a town as small and away from the big cities as is this town. I don't want to sound egocentric or conceited but I was the first graffiti artist that existed in this town, I was also the last skateboarder that rode skateboards in the plaza and currently I am still the only one that makes graffiti art and the only one that goes out on Sundays to ride a skateboard just for fun and for my own pleasure.

**And that's where the criticism takes a very important role, the criticism of people who see me doing my activities think I'm crazy or lazy and it's not because I care what others may think or think is that it has been so constant contempt that has eliminated any confidence in me.**

Several days ago together with some friends we recorded a rap song and this song has had a somewhat important impact since I have felt the support of other friends in other states people I do not know and people who did not know me we have never seen each other's faces and we do not know our names but this has had an acceptance that has made me think of all the lost time that I have not worked on myself and improve my skills simply because of lack of confidence.

That is the rap video that I'm talking about which has shown me that self-confidence is something very important in ourselves is the only thing that allows us to move forward grow and most importantly fulfill our dreams.

I appreciate the opportunity to communicate through this platform and now I want to tell you a little about the experience of what has been my last weekend as they have been a few days of rain and rest work I normally work as a painter on different surfaces But these days of rain have left me with nothing to do so I tried to be here more active trying to generate those earnings to meet my only goal which currently is to bring food to the home.

All these pictures were taken by me while I was leaving home I was waiting for the rain to stop a little bit when I leave home I already continue however somehow sometimes we find calm in this need because as I don't have a car I don't have a motorcycle and neither any type of vehicle with which I can transport myself I have to use my feet and sometimes while I walk I reflect and think about life I think about the opportunities I still have but it is inevitable to think about all the opportunities that I have lost.

***I wish a wonderful and productive week to all of you who are part of this community I hope you take the time and give it in posting.***
