Hey hive family! I hope you all are doing amazing & staying safe! In this situation of pandemic, low mood & mood swings are pretty common issue and one thing absolutely can cheer me up is FOOD✌️ Yes, I love food over anything else. Recently I have got a chance to visit one of the oldest bakery in my town famous for their bakery stuffs like buns, pav breads, breads, puff pastries, rolls, classic cupcakes and much more. Freshly baked super fine products straight Outta oven is just therapeutic to watch the process from preperation to eating. Experirnce is just amazing! **GOA BAKERY** Oldest bakery in town where backyard having production area and front area is bakery serving fresh and hot products. I loved this concept of production area to bakery racks with freshest, hot and quality products. Imma sucker for such good old legendary places.  **PUFF RACK** Have you ever seen in your life these piping hot puffs racked & stacked upon. Morning 5am to 9am, here unlimited number of puffs get sold old. They serve veg, egg, chicken and puff rolls. I love all the varities for that flakey, buttery soft and crisp layers with mild spiced fillings. Especially egg puffs here are just show stealer.  **PIPING HOT FRESH BUN** How many of you got atleast one chance to savour super duper piping hot fresh buns outta oven just less than a minute ago !? I'm one of those luckiest person where I have got a chance to enjoy super hot fresh pillowy soft buns straight out of an oven. Aroma, to taste, to freshness, to that bakery vibe is thrilling experience. Moreover, staring at production area at each of those preperation steps for buns is therapeutic for me until the bun raises high with golden shine. Lovely experience.   **PILLOWY SOFT LAYERS INSIDE**  **JUST FRESH OUT OF OVEN**  **CLASSIC CUPCAKES** Childhood memories are priceless! In my town every child is grown up having these cute little cuppies from local bakeries. Spongy, vanilla flavoured super pillowy soft cupcakes with those sweet tuti fruity is an absolute bliss. Look at those super juicy soft texture! Aren't you drooling already?   **ARE YOU DROOLING?**   **EGG PUFF** As I already told, the number of puffs getting sold here are just countless in a day. Flakey, crisp and perfectly baked puff pastry having mild spiced masala with one boiled egg is just a little snack or evening saviour. Hot & fresh puffs just right away from oven is bliss for sure.    **LOOK AT THOSE GORGEOUS CROSS SECTION**  **PLUM CAKE** Classic Christmas famous plum cake made of rum, raisins, tuti fruity and many more. Here they sell fresh slices of the same. This was absolutely amazing with freshness, aroma and taste. Soft, spongy, airy and loads of dry fruit mixture was in it. Must try.
