Al principio no sabía de qué forma abarcar el tema que traía en mi mente, pasé 4 horas de la madrugada pensándolo, me quedé dormida y se me olvidó el título y al despertar y con los audífonos a todo volumen se me ocurrió esto, ***un e-mail bastó***.
Estaré suponiendo que les pasó, con todo esto de la tecnología y a un click de distancia es tan fácil expresar por internet todo, lo que antes eran cartas hechas a mano, pero, ¿Qué tan difícil es hablar frente a alguien?, Bueno, esta respuesta la sé, es difícil.
Cuántas veces no hemos traído algo atorado en el pecho, algo que debemos soltar y no podemos esperar, lo que nos hace recurrir a lo más fácil, la internet, un texto, una nota, un e-mail, y listo, salimos de eso, empezar una relación, terminarla, despedirnos, todo eso es fácil, y, ¿Qué pasa con lo que entienda la otra persona?, Con los gestos, el llanto la risa, ¿Ya nada de eso importa acaso?.
Eso es una parte bonita, especial diría yo, de hablar con alguien, observar, detallar, prestar atención, grabarnos los gestos, poder hablar con emociones, poder sentir a las otras personas, poder sentir lo que transmiten, eso es *ser*, eso es *sentir la vida* o *vivirla realmente*, no digo que la tecnología sea mala, de hecho nos ha facilitado tanto la vida, y se lo agradezco, gracias a ello estoy acá escribiendo esto, y a propósito de eso, hasta estoy pensando que habría sido mejor un vídeo para que sintieran lo que expreso, pero bueno, seguimos.
La cuestión es qué sí, un e-mail basta muchas veces para decirlo todo, escribirlo está muy bien y hablar con alguien por teléfono también, pero, y no sé si solo será nostalgia, ¿no extrañan una sonrisa, una caricia, un abrazo, un consuelo?, ver a la persona en movimiento y no en una fotografía. Decir algo con tanta sinceridad que se note, que se sientan las palabras en el corazón.
Estuve pensando tanto en qué, ya la vida es tan virtual, que no nos detenemos a vernos las caras, que solo enviamos notas, emoticones, stickers, que cada vez estamos más solitarios, ya no sentimos la calidez de otro cuerpo y todo lo expresamos en una fotografía o gif, ¡Qué loco!, ¿No?.
Yo he sido tan fanática de las cartas de amor a pulso y que me la lean, y nunca he recibido algo así, yo he sido tan fanática de las charlas con café, de las horas platicando con amigos, de reír hasta llorar y de sentir un abrazo fuerte, y lo extraño tanto, y extraño tanto a esas personas que ya no hablan, que están solo por medio de una pantalla y que piensan que ***un e-mail bastó***.
Al final del día, nos resumimos en un 🥱😴🤗 y nos perdemos en los mensajes de una red social, acabandonos lentamente y extinguiendo el amor y el calor de otro cuerpo.

The point is that yes, an e-mail is often enough to say it all, writing it is fine and talking to someone on the phone too, but, and I don't know if it's just nostalgia, don't you miss a smile, a caress, a hug, a comfort, seeing the person in movement and not in a photograph? To say something so sincerely that you can feel it, that you can feel the words in your heart.
