Did you jump on the 2018 post bandwagon back in January? [I did.](https://steemit.com/electronicmusic/@fourfourfun/blog-2018-dreams) Inside there, I had some hopeful ambitions from humble to stretch.

Today, I purposely powered up the precise amount in order to hit my first objective. The mighty 500 SP mark.

I'm doing some good stuff with my SP. Having helped establish a little community on #electronicmusic, I've started using automation to help support the users there. [Steemauto](http://steemauto.com) has helped me dish out regular votes to the beep boop crew. If you log on, you can check and see that I should be a fan.

Right now, my current vote spread keeps me at the 55-65% voting power amount, so I'm just going to let that gradually dribble upwards and hopefully max out. This will essentially help me reward those that have supported me in my formative days, plus those in the community who are making their own waves. The big dream is that we get a web of like-minded following people all throwing in and rewarding each other. I'm going to do more on the electronic music crew in a later push and generally speak about that later, so I'll draw a line under this chat now.

As for the future, I'm probably going to keep throwing into the pot. I'll see if I can get myself to a critical mass where I can achieve one of my other goals of the year and do a little reward power down at that point. Right now, this is a pretty decent baseline.
