Everybody has their marker for knowing Spring has sprung: robins, snow packs, lawn care.... for the last several years, this tree has been my marker.

I was feeling a little frisky yesterday and wandered out the front door for a few minutes. It was a beautiful sight. The sensory joy continued when the wind shifted, and I smelled the neighbor's lilacs. This time of year is very pretty here. Happy to have been out in it for a few minutes.
