Quick, Easy and Tasty Dumbling (Momo) recipe based on my style:) Part-2

How are you all doing?

As in my previous blog, i promised to share the momo recipe in my style or which can be found in our corners and places. i love the simplicity of food, it is peoples' own choice how they choose to eat. for making of momos, i have categorized in three parts.

(1)  Ingredients you need;

* 3 cups of flour (Refined flour)
* 1/2 teaspoon of plain salt
* 1 cup of water
* 1 carrot (finely chopped or grated)
* 3-4 onions finely chopped / small clove of ginger (mined)
* vegetable ( you can take cabbage, squash, bottle guard, /grated)
* 1 cube cheese (small)
* 1/2 cup of refined oil
* salt
* soya sauce
* tasting powder (optional)

(2) How to prepare?

* mix the refined flour with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and water and knead the dough and place it for 15-20 mins cover it with 
   the clean cloth.

* Place the grated vegetables but before mixing it with other ingredients make sure you add the salt in it and soak it for 5 
   to 10 minutes for taking out the water from the vegetables.

* After its done then mix it with onion, cheese, tasting powder, salt, ginger paste, carrot, soya sauce.

* Now heat the oil and put it on the mixture and mix it well and your your stuffing is ready.

* Now make small balls from the dough based on what size do you like and roll it translucent i.e, thin.

* Take the rolled dough and place small amount of filling ( vegetable mixture ) in center and the same process with the 
    rest.

* Steam it for 15-20 minutes with medium gas flame and your momos are ready to serve hot.

(3) Sauce making

* 5 to 6 green chilies
* coriander leaves (2-3)
* garlic ( 1-2 cloves )
* tomato (2) fry it in oil for better taste mix everything together and with the salt and grind it in a mixture.

Your momos ( Dumblings) are ready to serve hot with the tasty homemade sauce.
