Hello everyone, there's this time when I went to the Divisoria in Manila last week. I got hungry that time at lunch time and it happened that I strolled into one of the bulalohan which is also the famous Bulalo in the Metro.

For all of our foreign friends, Bulalo is a type of viand that is made from boney meat from beef/pork. Then after many hours of boiling, the meat will fall off and it is very soft and tender. The beef stock is very heart healthy I'm telling you guys. 

The Chicharon adds the flavor. But be careful when eating this one especially those with high-blood pressure. Keep everything in moderation and drink green tea as well. Happy eating and weekend to everyone.
