In the Modern Times content consumption has been something that has seen enormous growth and also a lot of people have been leaning towards creating content much more in comparison to what it used to be in the past and that has been because of a rising trend among people who have actually been so much interested in consuming content and that has been traditionally dominated in the form of videos and that was something which was shared among a lot of different platforms in various ways but now one of the things that have been taken up quite a lot and also getting more and more popular every single day is going to be podcasts.

It can be very easily understood that it is 2025. There is a huge chance that you have surely at least listened to a couple of podcasts, and one of them has got your mind as well. It can be anything as people do use it in various ways as people can use it as a thing that they can start their day of it or even use it as a source to laugh at or have just a bit of fun or even if they can use it to something like and escape from their thoughts for a bit.

There are various podcast that are available and each one of them has their different meaning and they happened to have taken up quit a lot of space in our lives today and in the content space it is something that is highly in demand and that is why more and more people are getting involved into making podcast as well and there to that there has been a lot of content in that particular sector and that is why it becomes even more interesting to look at some of the best one of the ones that people do like the most there are a lot of them which I personally listen to quit regularly yes well and one of the best one that I like its going to be Heavyweight.

I will listening to this particular podcast from a very long period now and it is hosted by Jonathan who talks about his real life stories in this particular podcast as well as also a lot of humour is involved in it which makes it something very funny for me and I prefer to listen to real life stories white a lot because there is a sort of connection that I can build with the person hu is talking about it and that is why it has been one of the thing that I like a lot. There have been a lot of things that have happened in my life as well, which is quite hard to go through, and it is also very difficult for me to get away from, and it is mostly in the past.

In this particular podcast Jonathan also talks about a lot of things which is quite helpful for people especially like me who are second their pass and there are a lot of things that he talks about how to deal with the past itself because it can have a lot of implications which can be falling out with the friend or even some thing that happened with your family or whatever the cause is but surely there are a lot of baggages that we all carry and it is something that can be quite helpful when people are talking about it and also trying to discuss things that we can be doing in this particular situation.

I have been a person who has been mostly thinking about what if I did this particular thing differently and the difference that it could have made and these are the questions that I always keep on thinking and surely there are a lot of people who go through this and these are the people who are mostly targeted from this particular podcast as it is something that is going to be affective because he talks about his own stories and how he made it out of them and also what it meant for him and at the same time how much lost we are making in terms of just thinking about the things that I already happened and we can't actually change them and also dealing with those things which is affecting our future itself.

All in all it is a great podcast that I very much enjoy and in the modern times when our attention spans are shorter than ever podcast have been something that has found that particular sweets spot because we can be engage to them while being on the go and we don't have to be that much attentive as we have to be in other forms of content which involves video or even reading something because we can listen to any part cast while we are doing anything else is well and even then we can have the utmost attention and listen to everything very carefully.

For me they have become a part of my daily life as every now and then I get a chance I just plugged into my headphones and listen to some other podcast as there are a lot of things to be chosen from in terms of the content that is available and there are a lot of other things just well which I particularly like a lot which involves crimes stories and personal Journeys which are something that are what listening to or I enjoy a lot to listen to them and they are having a lot of attention from my side.
