**So yeah most of the time what happens is many bad things will or had happened in your life , so yeah by seeing that there might be a chances that we lose our temper and we take some uncertain decisions that should not be taken , I mean we know that in that situation those decisions are not right but we take those decisions as we loses our temper , we know that decision are useless and will gonna harm ourselves but as we loses our temper we forced ourselve for that , I mean we really don't need to do that before taking any decisions we really need to think twice before taking it , let me tell you that I'm too a short temper person in my personal life and I'm trying to improve myself on that point,  I had tried to explain the topic more in detail for that I will recommend you to watch the whole video.**
