Being held captive by our own mind isn't something people would confess to. The fact is, we are limited to what we understand.

In many cases we have been taught something in our lives and it really took hold with us. Now that is what we consider logic, and our logical minds won't allow us to experience new things.

We need to remember that everything that we have been taught by someone is only to the edge of that persons understanding. As we look to learn new things, we need to accept that stretching beyond our understanding is good. Be well.
