One of the positive remnants of the Covid-19 pandemic is that we can work from home a couple of days a week. I usually work two days from home. Because I don't have my commute cycling trip to the office I compensate that with a longer lunch break walk. I often go for a walk my favorite nearby park.  It's a 10 minute walk to the park and I is nice in all seasons. Today it was sunny, but quite cold. Since it is still winter here the trees are still leafless.  When you look closely in between the fallen leafs you can spot the first signs of spring already. This park soon will be full of crocuses, daffodils and other flowers.  You can tell that it is cold because there is a small layer of ice on the ditches.  A bit further on I even spotted some crocuses that were fully in bloom. I guess nature really doesn't know whether it is winter or spring l.  This is one of my favorite parts of the park where there is a bridge over the water. There are usually a lot of birds and often there is a beautiful reflection in the water.  One more shot of the barren trees. It won't be long until the first leafs will show up.
