Today I'm grateful that there were no slips or falls for me while I was walking down the path of our farmer friends yard towards where he keeps his oats. I'm grateful that he had the oats and round bale of hay to sell us. (Some farmers are unable to sell anymore because they've got to take care of their animals first. It was a rough spring, summer and fall last year. A lot of farmers didn't get the amount of cuttings off their hay crops as they normally would.) I'm grateful that we haven't lost power yet this winter. :D I'm grateful for my wonderful husband and family. :D I'm grateful for the hours of entertainment our herd, chickens, puppies and grand-puppies provide us with every day. :D I'm grateful for these and all the other blessings in our lives. Most of all, I'm grateful to God for blessing us with another day to share. :D
