This new popup window for posts feature may look great for the casual user but it is full of annoying bugs.  First if you click on any other link in the thread that opens in the same tab it takes you out of the popup window.  Now if you want to go back to whatever list you were reading and use the back button it takes you not to the position in the list that you left off like it used to but to the top of the page.  If I'm reading the new tab and I'm a couple of hours down the page I don't want to have to scroll through everything I just read and try to find where I left off every time.  It is so dang annoying.  

There is a second bug as well.  When you end up at the top it shows the posts at the top but may or may not load other posts.  I just had it load the newest posts then skip 40 minutes of posts then display some more then skip even more.  There really doesn't seem to be any pattern to what it skips.  It's not all posts between the newest and where I left off it's just chunks of posts in between in what appears to be random places.  

Can we get back to the old non popup method until these issues are fixed.  Even better would be an option on how you want things displayed.
