Hmmm Okay this is a problem. We have whales that are not adding anything to the steemit community. They don't vote, they don't create any content, they are just sitting there collecting 500+ dollar a day. Shouldn't there be a rule that creating content and voting , in other words contributing to the steemit platform is mandatory? Instead of just sitting there doing nothing collecting you money. What do think should there be a rule ? #steemthatshare
