We cannot run out of solar energy as long as we have sun. According to a research the sun will be available for 5 billion years. All satellites make use of solar panel to power themselves and store energy to be used during night. Also Nobody is controlling its usage, you can use it as much as you want with anyone’s permission. </li> <li><strong>Environment Friendly : </strong>It is one of a few renewable resources that has nearly no impact on environment and do not cause any type of pollution. Massive usage of solar panels can greatly help to reduce the consumption of natural resources and thus more environmental friendly. It can greatly help us solve the increasing pollution problem specially the smog particles in air during winter season.</li> <li><strong>Great Number of Applications : </strong>Solar energy have a huge number of application. It can power up your whole house using solar panels consisting of photovoltaic cells, can be used to distill water in areas where clean water is not easily available. Solar energy can be used to warm up your house and can save a great amount of money. A few companies have also developed solar car prototypes that completely run on solar light and use no fossil fuel.</li> <li><strong>Low Maintenance : </strong>Once the solar equipments like solar panels and others have been installed, all you need to do is store and use it. As there is no rear and tear of resource so the whole thing requires very low maintenance and thus a huge financial benefit. </li> <li><strong>Cost Effective : </strong>Initially it may cost to purchase devices like solar panels, cookers and more to start using solar energy but if we look at it for long term, it hugely benefits financially. Scientists are working on devices to make it more efficient and cost effective.
