2.120 HBDFeathers in the Sky
Earlier, the sky looked so beautiful that I paused along the way to take some photos. The colors might not have been the highlight—just a mix of blue, yellow, and orange. It may not rival the deep red sunsets you can see in other places, but I felt the clouds made it interesting in their own way. I really liked the feather-like formations and the variety of shapes scattered across the sky today. I thought the scene might look better in black and white, since the colored version wasn’t as striking compared to the stunning sunsets I’ve seen online. Somehow, converting these shots to black and white worked really well, and I’m quite happy with the result. Sometimes, switching to black and white can actually solve certain issues in a photo—especially when those issues are related to color. In the end, it wasn’t about chasing the most vibrant sunset, but about noticing the quiet beauty in what was right in front of me. The clouds, the light, and the moment all came together in their own simple way. Sometimes, all it takes is a pause to see the world differently. *** ***

”To see in color is a delight for the eye, but to see in black and white is delight for the soul.”

*~ Andri Cauldwell*

**Thank you for viewing my post.**

**Cheers!**

***@funtraveller***
*** ***
All original images by author
