Thoughts on being wrongly "blacklisted" by Hive
I’m about to write a **”I’m excited about the Hive launch”** and post it a few hours before the actual launch but I have to scratch it upon learning about the “Hive blacklist” *(Hive airdrop exclusion list)*.

In this list are Steemit Inc’s accounts and the ones that the Hive thinks is in favor of centralization or the hostile take-over of the Steem network.

Unfortunately, my account is in that list which for me is a mistake.

According to Hive, the reason that I’m in that list is the fact that I follow a proxy that for them is a supporter of “centralization” & the “hostile take-ove” of steem.

Just to clear my stand, I do not support “centralization” nor the “hostile take-over”

Another unfortunate thing for me is the way for me to remove my name in the Hive blacklist ~ ***”The Forgiveness Vote”***

*To be honest, I’m not a fan of the name as it makes me feel like an ex-con trying to find my way into the Hive.*

For me to acquire the “Forgiveness Vote”, I have to make a proposal in the HPS (Hive Proposal System) and appeal for the vote of the Hive stakeholders.

And that’s how the Hive “devs” think on how things should work… which I have to disagree with.

It looks like the devs are too busy putting-up those codes regardless of the outcome and nobody even bothers to review and reach-out to the ones who are clearly innocent.

So for the launch of Hive, while some of you are saying ***“fresh start”***, for me it will be ***”start all over again”***.
