What you get from me is lots of content. Here is a brief story of me. 
I started Bespoke Mobile Therapies, as we all know that stress can be very detrimental to mental health, and in many cases medically treating stress like a disease just doesn’t reduce it or help us to live happy and successful lives. You need to take action and make decisions to care for your well-being as an individual, and complementary therapy is ideal.

Firstly,  welcome to my site Fusion Therapy, where I provide bespoke mobile therapies, named ‘bespoke’ because as an individual you require unique therapy. My holistic approach heals the individual as a whole person, seeing the mental and physical parts as interconnected. Therapy on the body can have a beneficial impact on the mind. You are here because you care about yourself as an individual and you want to take away your stress.
Here is a little bit about me. I was brought up in a family where massage and a holistic lifestyle were predominantly practised. In my early to mid-working career stress was one factor that had a profound effect on my mental health. Through a number of traumatic redundancies that led to a long-term break from paid employment, I decided to go back to my holistic roots and gain qualifications in Complementary Therapies. This was a fulfilling journey from which to this day I have never looked back, because it not only helped me, it has enabled me to help many wonderful people.
I am passionate and devoted to providing clients with the latest innovative treatments, combined with traditional concepts that I have learnt. Please check out my services to learn how I can help heal you as a person.
