Making computers out of e-waste and casing them in jerrycans is offering kids their first chance to go online

The computers were built by an association in Chad, called Wenaklabs, in association with UNICEF.

Most of us cannot imagine a life disconnected from the internet, but there are 346 million young people who have no access at all.

Although e-waste, including computers, mobile phones and other electronic goods, represented an estimated US$52 billion in potentially reusable resources, less than one-sixth was thought to have been properly recycled or made available for reuse.

Productive and fruitful use of ewaste...now a days and for future this type of innovative ideas are required.. because lots of bad effects from ewastes.
