Self-Evaluation This is a process of determining whether you are actually doing well on something you have decided to do based on the factors you have enumerated before. Let's check how a newbie was able to earn in a week's time with a Reputation jump from (32) to (39)  This newbie is me! Key Points: Lack of consistency. STarted with at least 5 posts everyday but was not able to be consistent achieving the numbers everyday. Quality of Posts: Blogs posted are mostly concerned with ICO and Airdrops in which most people are already gaining from some other members already. Therefore they will no longer be interested clicking these kinds of posts. Though yes you can use the links generated by steemit to be a guide to some people you wanted to offer these platforms. Number of Audience and Followers: Not much number for followers. Number of following is not much either. The ratio of the followers from following is almost equal, therefore the popularity rate is high. Support you get from other people: Not much - So a bit of extra effort connecting with fellow minnows should always be considered Support you give towards your fellow steemians: Fair - Just continue to portray a good amount of connection to everyone who passes your sight and acknowledge the efforts that your fellow steemians are doing. Just like you! Verdict: Feasible way to earn a bit and exchange your Steem you gain per month to add this to your monthly income. $10-20 is a great catch. Do this as a career then you will earn more forever according on how consistent you are achieving your pre-set goals!
