Hi all!

First and for all if i have time I use to spend quiet lot of time to read posts and comments. 

Today it was the same.

Something that i find out is that the system is not good.

For sure it is good for some bigger account and for those who can afford to boost they post to the moon😂

But most of us are not like this.

I know that most of you are here to earn. But this is not good like this. 
Steemit should be a social media platform where you can get rewarded. Doesnt matter if you write a post or a comment. 
But the main problem is that everyone is trying to keep they votes to make some money. Anyway you get curration reward what ever you vote for. 

Than why are you worry? Why you save it? 
Specially if you are a "plankton or minnow" Doesnt matter.

I saw also a many post where people make a comment but they dont vote for the post. 

I cant understand this to be honest.
Once the topic is interesting and i make a comment it means that i will also give a vote. Smaller or bigger doesnt matter but i will support the content creator or lets say i will respect him/her to give my vote once i like and i comment under they post.

Imagine if it will be always like this. That you are just useing your steem account same way like your FB or Twitter account and you also earn. 

I bet on FB example once you comment for sure you will hit the like button. I am 1000% sure. Than why steem is different?

Second.

If you see a trending topic with 100-200 dollar payout. 
Do you think you will get more if you also vote for it just because it is trending? 
Yes those who voted before the promotion they will, but if you made it after than you will dont get more.

Also sad to see the lot of comments the lot of meaningless comments where you can see that actually they are begging for a dolphin or orca or whale vote. 

Actually when you do that you sell yourself. Yes, you sell yourself for few cents of steem. 

Is it what you worth?

I know that for the sucess you have to work hard but i dont wanna sell myself for few votes. 

To be honest i also try to manage my votes. Sometimes i give it to rent if i am not active. 
But when i am than i vote if i like the content. I comment if i like the content. 

With this post i just wanna open the eyes. If all of us will keep give a vote and comment just for the few people who are in the trending or we will sell our vote to earn few cents, our community will die. 

That is one reason why many new accounts gave up and leave. That is the reason that our community is not growing fast. And that is the reason why we dont have more SP holders and why the vallue of the steem is low.

Are you give a vote for somebody just because it is in trending and you wanna get some cents? 

Here is what will happen:

He will cash it out😂 And because of the cash out the steem price will be less.
( ok i know that everyone wanna cash out but are you going to make it now? or are you going to make it later when it is less matter? )

Than here is another option:

You give your vote for somebody that you like but he or she is new or not yet popular or havent got that much SP.

Maybe they will remember you. Maybe they will read your next post. Maybe they will give you a smaller vote next time but maybe they will give you often. Maybe they are serious about steem and they power up and it means there will be more SP holder so the price of the steem will grow and when you get a smaller vote it will worth. 

Hope you who are reading my post will think about it what i wrote. 
These are just my thoughts and i just wanna share it. 
I am not playing games i am honest guy. Even sometimes i hurt people i am real and what i feel i will tell you or i will write it here.
