Having the ability to relax easily or to learn how to relax, nowadays has become a challenge for some and a necessity for the vast majority.  
##### But what means  Relaxation?
Most common is to say that relaxation is the opposite of strain.
Most people think that relaxing means going on vacation, taking a swim, taking a beer with friends, seeing a movie.

Yes! There may also be ways to relax, but it is not enough to do all of this if your phone rings on your holiday or if you remember that you forgot to pay a tax.

### RELAXATION IS A STATE OF MIND! Remember that!

It starts where you STOP to do things you did before, not just physically but also mentally. It's the ability not to worry, to be completely detached from what you were doing before, not to let your thoughts lie down in your mind, to be loyal to yourself, and to put you first in all situation, to be totally present and to leave the past where he is. 
Now, I want to share with you a very beautiful way to realax. Take a walk in the park, or visit a Zoo, do something that will make you happy!
