Coffee and I are old friends (coffee is older than me of course) and I do a lot of thinking over coffee. With this in mind I decided to start a little concept called *thoughts over coffee* which I'll be doing from time to time.

I don't like laziness or reward it and while I don't have anything against down-time, relaxation, doing nothing and such other legitimate activities being lazy grinds my gears. There's many different forms of laziness and here's one of them:

### Laziness - Confusion

How many times have I said, *I don't know what to do.* I'll admit to a few times throughout the course of my life. Ok, maybe more than a few. Procrastination? Hmm maybe, but potentially laziness creeping in.

The cure for this phrase and the feelings that cause it can be very simple to find. When I find myself feeling this way, procrastinating which I do not like, I think of one simple and small task which can be easily achieved; because it's small and easy it's very likely to happen and that can often start some momentum and I'm back on track to productivity soon enough.

Overthinking can be a massive roadblock and doesn't necessarily lead to clarity; I think clarity comes from doing something, taking action, and that's the concept behind the *small task or action* concept.

What do you reckon? If you want to comment below then go ahead, I'm interested in your thoughts and experiences.
