 Shady Sands where you can get a few quests. Radscorpians cave also recommend picking up a rope for later.  Picking up Ian to help with quests NPC characters don't take much care when shooting so you may just want to explore by yourself or take a melee character.  Speaking to the farmer if your science is high enough can gain some experience but i need to come back later.  Killing Radscorpians and collecting loot its really hard to see in the old game so pressing ALT key highlights items that can be picked up.  After i killed all the scorpions i was informed Tandi has been kidnapped but i feel i need to go to Vault 15 for the Water Chip .
