I have known about bandwidth limits on Steemit for a long time but have never been faced with it. That is until today, I was answering a comment and I got a message saying I was out of bandwidth- I couldn't comment, pots or vote, so I went to https://steemworld.org/ Account Details and found I was way out of bandwidth, didn't know exactly why as it had never happened but I figured I had in reality exceeded my quota and as my SP is really low I was not surprised.

Now I don't really know how the remaining bandwidth is measured but I did see I was on the negative by I think about -1%, but I looked back again a few minutes later, about 10 minutes and I had over 99%. Does bandwidth regenerate that fast? Or was this a glitch and actually I didn't run out of bandwidth? I know next to nothing about this so I would really like to know how this works and know what actually happened.
