2 months after being "Hacked"
1 month after returning to "Daily Payouts"

### Where are my XMR payments!!

Turns out, every time my balance reaches the 0.4 payout threshhold, Genesis-Mining decides to reset my balance, Skip that days payout, and keep on going like nothing ever happened.

## I haven't received an XMR Payment for over 2 months!

# Bad Buisness

Genesis-mining is still selling XMR contracts even though they still have yet to fix there current customers accounts and pay out what they owe...
##### How is that in any way legit?

After 2 months of attempting to contact support I have come to the conclusion:

1. Genesis-Mining has No Support

Plain and simple. 
I have a legitimate issue where I spent thousands of $$$ on Cloud Mining and they simply don't give a F&*K and don't fix shit.

#### Only Mt.Gox could compare to this level of SCAM  
(And there sure are sticking similarities)
