<center>Querida comunidad feliz de compartir mi rutina del d铆a de hoy, fue un entrenamiento completo en el cual trabaje mi tren superior, inferior y zona media a帽adiendo un poco de cardio, este entrenamiento lo realice en 5 series de 20 repetici贸n, fueron movimientos muy f谩ciles y sin peso solo trabaje con mi peso corporal, siempre es importante combinar cada entrenamiento con una excelente alimentaci贸n espero que les haya gustado as铆 que nos veremos en otra ocasi贸n.</center>
