Sometimes, we are faced with the need to edit pdf files or reproduce scanned documents with some text editing. Here is a service that allows users to convert PDF and scanned/image files to editable forms via email. All that is needed is to email the file we want to convert to editable form and the user will receive  Optical Character Recognition converted documents back as an incoming mail. Easy peasy. I'm definitely buying into this one.
