In the late March this year, I stumble upon a game called the Elden Ring by accident because at that time, I was looking for a game specifically PC game to play for fun. I'm in a stage where I'm having a creative block and I'm looking for something to just have fun and that is in gaming. I haven't played a pc game for awhile and the last game that I played is the Assassin Creed's Valhalla in which I get bored in just a few days time of gameplay. My type of game is RPG and specifically again The Witcher 3 type of game. 

Now, when I tried this Elden Ring it got me hooked for the whole week just to get familiarized myself with the game mechanic. It's an open world game and doesn't have a linear story line in which I find this game an interesting. I used to played a game with very clear mission objectives but in this game, we were not given any instructions or the full tutorial of the game mechanic. We need to find it out ourselves and even the short tutorial of the game mechanic also can be skip. Since playing this game, I have created 3 profiles just to try out a different hero class in which I always came back with the Dexterity and Intelligence type of build. Maybe, I'll try other builds later on after completing this game for the first time in which I have no idea when will that be. It took me a whole 30 hours of map exploration and levelling up just to defeat the first mandatory boss fight. My first try is around 15-ish hour of play with my character level 30 and still cannot get passed it. There's this NPC summoning help that I just discover at the entrance of the boss fight in which I did'nt realize it was there at the first place. With this NPC summoning, I'm able to defeat the boss because all the attention and main damage goes to the helper and still I'm have to try a few times before winning this fight. The feeling of winning this boss after 30 hours is very satisfying. I'll want to repeat back this fight with just me only without the NPC summoning but too bad it's only a one time boss fight. Such an interesting game that hooked me up for now. I will be posting again my progress later in next entry. Have a great week everyone.
