What is RedReader?

RedReader is an open source application that allows users to read the contents on Reddit via their Android devices.

First, I thought how to combine the letter R and the book symbol using the sense of reading and knowledge on a paper. Then a drawing appeared. I made the drawing more understandable by adding a bookmark to the drawing. I made this drawing digitized in Adobe Illustrator by using some tools.

I decided to use red and black tones in the design.

I created the monochrome work of the icon.

I painted the icon with red and black tones and studied it.

I tried different color versions of the icon.

Benefits / Improvements<br>
- The letter R was featured.<br>
- It was aimed to create the impression that the users had information at first sight.<br>
- Modern lines and colors were used.<br>

A new icon email was sent to the developer.
