Yes. There are more than 100 dialects in the Philippines with the majority speaking in Tagalog or Bisaya. The Filipino language, based on Tagalog, is the official language but a lot of Filipinos are able to speak English as well. There is one dialect in the southern part of the Philippines that is based on Spanish. It's called Chavacano.
