So Socionics and OPS are upgrades to them so they explain the cogs more thoroughly. OPS only deals with the ones in the main stack but it's rly sick cuz it makes finding IxxP, ExxP, IxxJ, ExxP more easier. Cuz OPS groups the cogs into Oi (Ni, Si), De (Te, Fe), and Oe and Di.

 So the main theory for OPS is how different cogs affect each other which i haven't seen any other models explained as well as OPS. So take for example INFP = Fi Ne Si Te. OPS explains how each of the functions affect each other. They split it into 4 animals
So Fi Ne is Consume which is Di (Ti or Fi) and Oe (Ne or Se), Fi Si is Sleep which is Di and Oi, there's also Blast and Play for the last two animals. 

So if u were ISFP and u had a busted Ni, it means ur Fi/Ni so NF Sleep which means u reflect a lot on concepts that u find valuable towards urself. U can also be Fi/Se which is the regular one which means SF Consume. So u like to find new things that u like to stick towards. Two different ISFPs
Oh Blast is Oi De which means ur organizing information that yk and presenting it to everyone else. Doesn't always have to be like teaching but it can also be that u use known information to make smth happen i.e. implementation. I think I have quite a bit of it so i'd assume it comes from NT Blast which means Ni/Te lol.
